I appreciate that the goods were quickly stocked. The company could benefit from the relatively lucrative location of the store. Unfortunately, the overall impression is spoiled by the arrogant and unprofessional mocking staff. I can't understand that someone who does business and is directly dependent on a good relationship with customers behaves this way and thus loses a profit. Bad moods or personal problems simply cannot be passed on to the customer because they will not return. Too bad for you. The competition is all around.

Today I was picking up a (yes) respirator. I work in tourism and I'm going to travel - that's why I wanted to be at least "emotionally" prepared. Two days ago I received an email saying I could pick up my items, address information and opening hours. So I set out today. But I was a little surprised when I arrived at the place and it was written on the door that they were closed for work. Nowhere does it mention that it should not be opened - in the mail, on the site or on the FB. So I decided to call this phone number. After all, I traveled through half of Prague. After about 10 ringtones, a man called, so I told him about the situation and waited on the phone for a response.... No wonder he didn't scold me that I came to pick up the order. Well, I told him I understood that they had a lot of work to do, but ... and I was stopped by the fact that I could stay with it and we would forgive it. privately, if the master let me finish. You have FB, WEB and e-mails to inform clients that the store is closed. Yes, I am glad the gentleman did not fire me right away, but we could save it all if the information that their branch was closed was available elsewhere than at the door of the shop, knowing that people had ordered orders that they wanted to pick up in person .
