Hotel.cz A.s.

Went to hostel ibex in Prague and it was the worst hostel I’ve ever been in my life. 0 hygiene, 0 security, 0 organisation. Everyone can enter in the rooms and you don’t have any place to put your things. Me and my friends asked for towels and the response was “we only have clean towels next week”. There are bugs everywhere in the bedrooms, including in beds. I went out with my friends and when I came back to go to bed there was one senior man sleeping in my bed (my things were in my bed) and he threw it away to the floor and the man refused to leave my bed saying it was his bed. The next morning I went to the reception to tell this and the answer was that they made a mistake and subscribed 2 persons for the same single bed.
