Slow delivery, the eshop reports in stock even things that are not in stock. Shipment thanks to very careless packaging full of oil. The staff at the store can't handle anything at all. Plasma without instructions, on request sent a manual to another type and no longer communicate. The only positive is the good price.

By buying, I wanted to support even the smaller sellers during the covid - in addition, the price for the saw was ok and the store is within a reasonable distance. I bought a VeGA TCS5600 PRO chainsaw. The process of processing the order - confirmation, information about the date of collection is absolutely fine. I ordered this weekend and picked it up on Tuesday. Mr. willingly looked for a set of files + a tool for grinding a chain at the store. On that occasion, I found out that the prices of chains are significantly cheaper compared to Mountf ... (where I recently bought one) ... Total purchase without stall. I was promised that service for that type of saw is guaranteed. So I'll check it out at the first opportunity - I hope the saw won't need it so soon:) !!!

Perfect dealings - required spare parts offered almost immediately, after ordering them delivery in 2 days even in the pre-Christmas period! Pickup without a problem.

Buying a desk. Ordered in the evening, ready in the morning. Nice service. Great.

great news is that they sell spare parts and such small things as cable glands for power tools .... the shop is clear only somewhere there are no pictures but this is not such a problem .... it is possible to add to the transport and the so-called delivery room
