My customer experience has been dated December 9, 2020. The ordered goods could not be delivered even after 3 weeks - I solved it by changing the color (the e-shop promised delivery within 3 working days, but come on, the worst was yet to come). The goods were delivered to the store, where I was shocked by the employee's unpleasant behavior. The invoice stated the incorrect price, which did not fit with my confirmation in the e-mail / order. The employee told me that he didn't care that the invoice was authoritative for him. If necessary, write down the customer service number on the computer in the store and solve it with them. Absolute reluctance to help me / agree in any way. The customer service did not take my phone and the employee confronted me again that it was not his problem and he would not hand over the goods to me. I left with no one taken. The customer service called me in about 30 minutes and the error was on their side, when the invoice was incorrectly calculated, recalculated to the price which of course sat with my confirmation / order (the oven in the store could also calculate that). So I went to the store again (another investment of time) and upon entering I was asked that there is a customer inside and to wait outside, as there can be a maximum of one customer in the store. He was the same employee who did not have a veil at all times and did not follow the government's tent rules. I find it quite sad that one leaves tens of thousands for goods and experiences such an act. Unfortunately, you lost a client, but you may be able to save another.

I have current experience with this store. We bought a camera with a malfunction. After a telephone consultation with the owner there was a problem-free replacement and everything was done correctly, quickly and with a smile. I would like to thank the owner and wish a lot of happy customers. Shop recommendable.
