I went to this doctor in June of this year, but I kept more distance to write a review, because I wanted to be as objective as possible. My problem was narrowing shoulder syndrome. The doctor correctly determined my diagnosis on my first visit, without a doubt he has extensive experience from his practice. Unfortunately, everything that followed was not so rosy. But I'll be back a little. I found a doctor on the Internet according to local availability and his expertise, I was a little uncertain that I was informed by his nurse when I first ordered that the doctor did not cooperate with insurance companies and that he would treat me with collagen injections, treatment that I will have to pay for from my own resources. I accepted that I would pay for the treatment without reservations, I have no problem paying extra for my health, but it should have warned me that the nurse more or less before the first meeting with the doctor himself (and without knowledge of the diagnosis) she determined the method of treatment. I told myself that I would leave it to the doctor's judgment and then I would decide. The first visit was standard, examination, diagnosis, recommended treatment - collagen injections. The doctor assured me that there is more or less a 100% probability that a person of my condition and age will be treated and will be fit in a few weeks. I was assured that this is a unique method, which, in addition to this doctor, deals with another professional workplace. At the time of the first examination, I had pain at the level of about 6 (from a scale of 1-10, min / max). His shoulder was almost painless at rest, but his momentum was quite limited by the pain. After the first collagen injection, my shoulder pain increased to grade 7, which lasted about 4-5 days, then the pain began to return to grade 6. In a week I went for a check-up and was recommended another collagen injection, the recommendation is good faith and after being assured by a doctor of early improvement. The same situation followed, worsening of the pain to the level of 7 and gradual return of the pain to the original value, ie the level of 6. My third visit again after about a week was in a similar spirit time, and that the probability of my recovery by this method is about 80%. Subsequently, a third collagen injection was given. This week, shoulder pain reached a level of 7-8 from baseline. The increased pain faded very slowly to its original value. For the entire duration of the treatment, ie about three weeks, in addition to the injections, I underwent additional treatment with wave and laser therapy 5 times a week for about 40 minutes. During my last visit, I told the doctor I went to the doctor. The doctor was surprised that I was not satisfied with his treatment and was very disappointed when I told him that I continued to refuse this method of treatment. I expected him to offer me another method of treatment, or send me an X-ray or magnetic resonance imaging, or a similar examination to find out the true condition of the disease. This doctor strictly refused. I stopped the treatment and went to another doctor after less than a month with a total of paid bills worth approximately CZK 8,200. He immediately sent me for an X-ray and from him, all within one visit, concluded that the original diagnosis was correct. As a treatment, he recommended saving my shoulder, rehabilitating me and avoiding charlatans. It is said that it takes time in the first place, further control is not necessary, unless the condition worsens. In this case, everything was paid by the insurance company ... One note resp. experience in the end. When I went to the surgery to MUDr. To the postman about 5 times a week for those wave and laser therapies, I heard several times how his sister was handling a call with a new patient. The scenario was always more or less the same as in my case, she always told the patient in advance that the doctor would treat him with a special collagen method in advance, without knowing the diagnosis made by the doctor. Interesting, isn't it?
