The fact that the doctor (according to the website 27.1.2020 Mrs. Filípková) office hours from 13:00 and kindly walks into the office at 13:20 perhaps not in 2020 or the truth ... waiting room filled with people who are waiting outside and they're knocking on their forehead if they're serious. As for the nurse, she talks to patients with both small children and her unpleasant tone of mood in the waiting room again only worsens. We weren't the only ones raising eyebrows.
