Very bad level of service. I was getting ready for the eye operation and I needed to make a blood test for anesthetics to know if I have the allergy. They said it will take 3 days to get results and at the end I've been waiting 2 weeks!!! Even the day before operation they couldn't deliver it in time by saying that my blood vial got lost in lababoratory and that they just found it now and it would take 4 days to run the test, but the day of operation was already on next day! I find it very unprofessional. Think twice before going there

I thank Dr. Klubal for a very human and yet great professional approach .. last year I was almost virtually immobile and had huge pain plus other problems associated with borreliosis and coinfection .. put me on my feet again and gave me another appetite for life though treatment is still in progress :-)
