The company presents itself on its website as one of those for which customer satisfaction comes first. In the return section, he proudly states: "We definitely don't want anything left in your home that you can't carry." Based on such a statement, one would expect the return of goods to take place smoothly, quickly and, most importantly (as is customary with the competition) free of charge. However, the return process is much more complicated than it might seem. In order for the company to accept the returned product, you must print out and fill in the return form, then place it together with the non-fitting goods in an envelope and send it to the company's address at your own expense. Alternatively, it is possible to leave the envelope in the sister company of Antonín's Bakery on Strossmayer Square. Despite the fact that I brought the package to my sister company in accordance with the instructions on the website, I did not receive a refund even after twelve days. I didn't understand what took so long for the whole thing and I decided to contact the company. The telephone line was unavailable during opening hours, only contacting the company via Facebook Messenger helped. The amount then came to my bank account within two days. Whether the company would be able not to exceed the maximum time limit for processing the returned goods (ie 14 days) without contacting its employees 2 days before its expiration is a question. I understand that in times of a pandemic, it is more difficult for companies to handle matters, but the same is true for customers. I would expect that KINOKO will try to meet their needs as much as possible, so that they will be happy to return to them even in better times.

Hello, I am very sorry to have to share this message with you, however, I am having a very unpleasant experience from today's first visit to KINOKA. I was to return the goods, which I ordered from the website and as they proudly declare: "It is better to return the goods than to leave them lying idle". However, the lady behind the cash register had a very unpleasant approach to me, and I take the feeling that she may have suspected me of returning the goods I was carrying. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and I am very sorry that the concept with such a beautiful vision disappointed me in this way. I hope that at least the refund for a non-compliant order will go smoothly. As a customer, I felt obliged to inform you about my experience.

Beautiful airy shop. Spacious cabins where you can practice and test the quality of goods. Large selection of sports leggings and bras for all sizes. I definitely recommend :)

Beautiful things, but very unpleasant and reluctant service. It's quite a shame and useless to behave like this, I assume that no one forces them to work there.
