The worst approach I've ever seen in doctors. Dr. Safrankova and her nurse ignore patients in office hours. They avoid answering the phone, pretending not to be in the office, not answering the bell and knocking. Yesterday, when I was in the office personally before the end of the office period they said they had no time for me, they asked me to come today, today I waited an hour before the office, the doctor and sister ignored me, I just saw them looking through still is". Unbelievable arrogance, wasting time, disrespect, shameful action.
