Massive store with loads of stuff to see and try, the staff is friendly and speaks English too
Alza Is just amazing. The services and availability of goods are best in Prague. Lately, the waiting time increase to more than 15 minutes, even though they say that it's less than 10. At least they have an incredible variety of devices at the showroom for you to try out, so you'll spend your time entertained.
Easy access with both public transport and car - you can use 1h parking free of charge. Big showroom where you can check mainly phones / wearables, laptops, different TV models and smaller home appliances. Pick-up point for online orders is regularly crowded, but waiting times are usually reasonable (~5-10min).
I had to redo my order 3 times, because it's (I guess) impossible to change the order once you get to the counter, but it quick to do it. I decided to by a room cooler at 7pm and it was installed at home by 8:30. I had a coffee in Alza Holešovice a their app let me know that my order is due to be handed over, so I slowly moved from the gaming room, just in time to pick up. Quick, easy and smooth.
Huge showroom full of electronics. The payment (or pickup ticket giving machines) are not placed very helpfully, other than that, nice. There is little cafe inside as well!
