I recommend any woman who does not want to run alone. For me an amazing bunch of female runners, great facilities, advice, coaches who not only love running, but also understand it, and overall helpfulness from all sides.

Matter of the heart. I have about five more courses since 2017. Great group, coaches, locations ... Thank you for changing my life and moving me forward. Now I can run alone, but I still can't afford to train once a week.

The ideal place to start jogging. Professional trainers and incredible service organizers. When the program respect the current physical fitness and previous experience; emphasize the correct execution of movement; They pull out of most, but not all attractive, entertaining and well manageable form. I was walking around 5 years ago, and thanks to them from the Indian run to pulmaraton It's a great place for a man to go and for a lot of super people, with the same passion as he does.
