Very efficient service being provided by the team of the Euro-Center assistant company with 13 different offices all around the world. They are servicing world wide different insurance companies and brokers. Travel and Health policies. Often people if they buy a policy by an insurance that hires Euro-Center to be the assistance company, has strict guidelines and rules regarding the claim approval procedure. This causes often - as different reviews to seem here also - a bad opinion about Euro-Center. While, this company and its dedicated team is only working with the guidelines of the insurance companies who they are servicing... So, think twice and 'Do not shoot the messenger'

During our recent visit to Dubai, my husband and I unfortunately contracted COVID-19. Assistance ERV classic scammers. Bought a policy in Kiev ERV. medical assistance was required for the baby. We were sent to the hospital, the doctor conducted an initial examination and prescribed 3 tests. To make these analyzes, the hospital staff wanted to contact the insurance. No one picks up the phone. My letters and the hospital do not respond. So I had to leave the hospital without a doctor’s diagnosis. And the next day, a letter came from the assistant that they would not pay for the second appeal. I do not recommend this insurance !!!!
