Friendly English speaking staff in a fairly quiet location within walking distance to shops and Mall. Tram stop is just down the road so taking a trip is easy. A lovely courtyard garden to the back. Very clean comfortable large double room with kitchenette and lovely bathroom with shower. Breakfast always fresh and plenty of choice. Tea & coffee available all day from 8 till 8. I thought the location was very convenient. Close to tram 6 which get you to city center. Ideal if you need to catch an early train or even an early flight. I liked the rooms. They appear to be renovated recently. However, upon closer inspection I located dirty spots, especially at the corners and behind the curtains. Complimentary bottle of water was provided which is a great plus. A/C is in the room which was highly appreciated because it was scorching hot outside. Breakfast selection was very basic. The produce tasted fresh though. Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Definitely will consider staying again next time I am in Prague.

We stayed here for 8 nights and were very comfortable. The staff at reception were always friendly and well informed and were able to give great advice and clear instructions on transport options. It is ideally situated right at the tram stop for trams 6, 12 and 17, so all of Prague's attractions are very easily accessible.

The cleaning lady would come ONLY if you asked, so the room was not clean, and I had to make the bed myself. There was no refrigerator in the room. At check out, the reception clerk, didn't even looked at us or replied, when we said goodbye and thank you. Positive: Nice location. Nice back yard.

The reseptionist coudn't (or didn't want to) speak English. That was a very big problem. The seats wouldn't get changed daily and worst of all, we did not take the room we had booked for. Big plus was breakfast and heat, as well as the location since the tram station was 3min away from the hotel and metro station was 7min.
