The stay here was sublime! The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast is amazing and quite rich of choice. The hotel is situated a little bit outside of the old city center in the Prague 7 district, which is not too crowded nor busy and is very close to the actual old city centre both by tram as by foot. Would very much recommend 10 out of 10 stay!

Overall a recommended place to stay for families, friends and couples! + location was quiet but good, with lots of dining options, local designers and boutiques, beautiful green spaces and nightlife a stone's throw away. + Breakfast is nice and has a good selection of hot beverages +Staff is helpful and kind, willing to answer any questions etc. - cable TV and many channels not available, only few channels and all in Czech. - no microwave in some apartments, which wasn't listed on their website anyway but was a minor inconvenience

I have had a lovely time at this hotel. The rooms are very clean and facilities great. I also like the pictures that are in the rooms and around the hotel You get a continental breakfast and they also arrange transfers to and from the airport. The reception staff have been great, very helpful. The hotel for us is in an ideal location, there are different places to see around the hotel with the park where you get great views and churches nearby. It is also in a quiet location and It takes about 30 mins to get into the old square, nice scenic view by the river. All in all thoroughly enjoyed Prague, the markets, history and architecture, having anice hotel to come back to makes all the difference.

No idea where all these great reviews are coming from. The room in general was ok but there were several aspects that make me to never come back again. There was a strange smell coming out of the bathroom. The toilet door squeaked, so we asked the receptionist to fix it but nothing happened. The cleaning lady came into the room in the afternoon without knocking on the door while we were there. And the weirdest thing was the breakfast buffet. Every morning there was pasta with vegetables (the kind that you buy frozen in the supermarket). Who eats dry pasta with vegetables for breakfast???

Exceptional, large rooms very well laid out and lacking absolutely nothing, food very good and staff very helpful
