The best thing was the location. Letná is a really nice area and around the place there’s everything you need: restaurants, cafes, post office and it’s really well connected with public transportation. The late check-in was kinda troubling since the man on the phone was probably drunk and it took me 3 calls to get in. The WiFi doesn’t work properly, so forget about it and use your mobile data/buy a SIM card. The description says that you can pay with card: another lie. The woman at the reception doesn’t speak English and even if you can see the POS device behind the desk, she will tell you that it doesn’t work and you have to pay cash. Bring with you the exact amount in EUR, so you’re sure to pay the price you booked, otherwise the change rate could be bad for you. My last night was a nightmare: for several hours there was a couple fighting, screaming, smashing doors and being super loud. In the end: if you’re on budget, the room it’s fine. You have your own bathroom and the place it’s clean, but old. But if you’re not in a hurry to book a room, I’m sure there are better options for the same price with a little research.

1. Credit card not accepted. I'm going to get some money before checking out in cash only. I'm not going to give you no change. I finally got it upset. 2. Received whether the reception staff does not speak English or not 3. Squeaky noise on the floor. No shampoo soap. Something's kind of bad at the sink. 4. I checked in late the day before and received only the keys. 5. Tram noise More bad than I thought all night. 6. The bathroom is not very clean. Futon pillow has a lot of hair and dust. 7. I've stopped by but it's garbage.

I recommend to all, the apartments cozy, clean, next time I will definitely choose this apartment again.

I cannot agree with Mr Mrvečka. I come here on a regular basis, once every 1-2 weeks, since 2016. I live here 30-40 times a year in different rooms, depending on the hotel's availability, and I never had trouble, no insects. The staff is friendly, helpful, always accommodating. Arrival is possible at any time, only by phone is required upon arrival.
