Very bad experience, it's a scam !

Expensive parking. Surface not maintained. After a little rain I get to the parked vehicle through mud and huge puddles.

good location for visiting the center, metro and tram station Křižíkova only 350m, integrated transport ticket 24czk for driving 30 minutes to the center is enough, only the price for 24h parking could be more decent. 500czk / 24h. But maybe it's a nonstop picker in the booth. From Friday 00h to Sunday 24h is for 3dny 800czk.

PROFESSIONAL ARKKER !!! > We asked the cashier to leave the vehicle for a whole month since we are staying in Prague all the month of November. She charged us 2400 crowns instead of the 2100s advertised on their site, but she told us that it was because there was one more day (we left the vehicle 1 month and 1 day, so we have concluded that she had charged us 300 extra crowns for this extra day). She gives us a very dubious receipt, which we do not understand much, but we pay in cash and we trust him. > A dozen days later, after leaving the vehicle to accompany a friend to the airport, we want to return to the car park the next day, and there, his colleague blocks access and refuses to let us in. We then grind our receipt, but it says that 2400 crowns corresponds to the rate of 6 days, and so we paid only for 6 days and not for the month. We try to make him see reason by showing him their own website, asking him to call his colleague but nothing works. Half an hour of sterile debate later, she sends us to the FLORENC car park, which they apparently depend on, to explain our problem. > Arrived at the FLORENC car park, we explain our problem to an employee, who takes our receipt and makes several calls. Ten minutes later, he tells us that our story does not stand up and that it is impossible because the price of 2400 euros does not correspond to a month. We explain then that we are in Prague for a month, and that it would not have made any sense to rent a car park for 6 days, and that moreover we released the car after 10 days without worries and that the caretaker does not did not tell us anything! > Following our explanation, the employee camps on his positions, he maintains that the other parking would not have made a different rate without informing them, and that in short, we are liars, who try to scam their parking (the height!) The worst part of all this? The employee points, takes our receipt and disappears with! It was impossible to hand over this employee who destroyed the only evidence we had left, although fortunately we took the photo! If supposedly they had nothing to be ashamed of, why steal our receipt ??? !! > So we still do not know if the scam comes from the small parking Rohan (which is very badly managed and held, no rigor seems like a squatt) or squarely from the large society on which they depend, FLORENC! > We have therefore contacted the police and we will file a complaint for fraud, we no longer support such treatment (after traveling a whole year in Europe) and especially the scams made to tourists.
