The whole society is made up of one young man who acts extremely arrogant. When I wanted to break up with him, he refused to return the borrowed keys to the property.

Great, I see you're boiling water on you. What am I ..... yes, I already know, don't forget to supply the real estate (according to § 21a of the Accounting Act) financial statements for companies: Wilson & White s.r.o. (years 2016, 2017, 2019 and 2020) and APARTMENTS & HOMES s.r.o. (2019 and 2020). Do you know what I promised you? I'll check it out in January 2021. :-)

Very fast meeting, when it was not known whether it was a working day or a weekend. We were in constant contact with Mr. Lohnický and almost daily we exchanged emails and text messages with questions, which were answered very quickly. After the first email for an advertisement, we were contacted within perhaps 30 minutes and Mr. Lohnický's experience was known. Contracts very well written, legible. We can only recommend negotiations with Mr. Lohnický. We were able to view the apartment for a very long time and there was no pressure. Mr. Lohnický had a good overview of the apartment. The whole process from the reaction to the advertisement, through the inspection to the signing of the contract took about 10 days, when we still had a lot of time to think.

All signs of fraud, non-refund of the reservation fee, then Mr. Logický stopped communicating. Does not receive registered mail. Now in the pre-trial phase, then to court, see other negative reviews

Total lack of interest in the client. After visiting the apartment we wanted to rent it immediately, and Mr. Lohnický still says that he will contact you with details about the reservation and deposit. Only later we learned that the apartment is already 14 days in the reservation. They don't act straight, they promise, and they won't speak again. In addition, he thinks they called and you didn't answer the phone. Arrogant and unprofessional. You are only good at it when they are convenient.
