This is a bad surrealistic nightmare and perhaps the worst real estate and management firm (if it can still be called a firm) the world has ever seen. The fact that employees do not work, let alone service and what the condition of the houses under the direction of this office with all Prague bear really incredible stories, almost like urbanlegends. Unfortunately, if you have to experience it for yourself, it's not so funny anymore. No matter how appalling they treat clients. As a homeowner, I'd rather keep this bizarre inability to stay away from the doorstep.

The boiler went off was -16C and we had no heat or hot water and I was told that my colleague would deal with it when they arrived at work the next day. The company did not provide heaters or anything like that until I lifted my voice. The boiler was on the exchange however - it was the technician at the first repair - but it took more than three weeks to ensure the replacement. They did not even offer compensation in the form of a rental discount, which I had to secure through the owner. Absolutely arrogant employees, a dysfunctional company, whose service reminds management companies of the past. Unfortunately, we have to deal with them every time we need to make some adjustments or repairs in the apartment and it is always a very unpleasant experience.
