On their next visit to Prague, they decided to visit the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet, bypassing the complex, they decided to go to the Ara shoe store and buy regular shoes (for the last 3 visits at least 6 pairs of women's and men's shoes were purchased there). Entering the store on 09/17/19, they encountered rudeness of the seller (as it turned out later, the store’s vedouci). I was not allowed to try on the shoes I liked, saying that they are on a narrow foot, and I have a wide leg (which is not true), adding that I can only measure them in case of a subsequent purchase. Moreover, it was said in a rude and boorish manner. The words that her behavior as a seller went beyond the bounds of decency, and our calls to sanity were told that she would call the police now and say that her husband was attacking her. You can imagine that !!!! I was shocked. We did not give any reason for this behavior. The principle "the buyer is always right" is clearly not familiar to this woman. By the way, the fair-haired owner of a bob hairstyle introduced herself and called her position, flatly refused, as well as giving the coordinates of the leadership. The mood was spoiled, the shoes I liked were not purchased. This is how unprofessional people do anti-advertising to the store and lead to loss of profit. I definitely won’t go to this store anymore and I won’t recommend it to my friends. Unprecedented and hopeless rudeness that causes dumbness and bewilderment. We hope that this will not go unpunished. We will post reviews about this store and their employee on all interested sites. The response turned out to be emotional, but this can not be compared with the shock that we experienced from rudeness in a store in “civilized” Europe. A.
