NEW YORKER

I was traveling from the US, and just needed a few t-shirts as I was running out of clean ones. Stopped by this store to pick a few, tried them on, and chose to buy three out of five I tried. When I asked where should I put the ones I don’t want, I was told “put them back” quite aggressively and repeatedly. I couldn’t believe they mean it. That is despite the fact that every customer in the store would just leave the clothing they try in the changing room, and every employee in the store was putting them back while chatting with each other. When I asked the cashier the same question, she said the same. Not a single person in the store has offered me to take these freaking two t-shirts from me and put them where they belong, despite the fact that I bought three others. This is the first store ever in the entire world where I couldn’t just give the things I tried and leave. I hope I left them in the right place. Now I understand why was their sizing all messed up, not organized from small to large, and so many pieces were simply misplaced. Try hiring staff that’s not lazy to do their job and be happy about it.

NewYourker has a nice overall look. But the first thing I do not understand: in all the confusion, the clothes there probably does not fold the second thing: TESTING THINGS !! It is unhygienic and quite disgusting to return clothes that someone tried in the same place! I was solely told to put used items back where they were. I do not mind returning, but I'm not lazy (although it is a total unnecessary waste of time then look where it actually was). BUT the hygiene !!! I bought a shirt there and I had a rash the next day :) This could change. But otherwise good.

Very good business

Lovely shop. There was something messy when I was there, because they packed new items. But lots of fat clothes and ended up coming home with plenty of clothes that I am very happy with.

Lately, quite nice pieces of clothing in the store. Unfortunately, the staff is worthless. I was here for a few days in a row to change my mind, but it didn't happen. Very unpleasant lady at the cash register. If I try something and I have nowhere to return it and I am told to return it to my place. Boxes and stands are constantly rolling everywhere, where employees replenish goods. In those four days in a row, this "mess" didn't move an inch, as I watched. I wanted to buy a jacket and a few other pieces of clothing. But it quickly came to me when the lady reluctantly took the clothes from me and, with complete disinterest and ignorance in her voice, told me how much I should actually pay for her unpleasant day. Terror.
