Communicating with the travel agents of the priserna, they always promised to verify something and speak back, and never once did. After paying me, I was still getting emails to pay for the trip when I called them, they said they'd check ... and nothing again. They promised a cot and car seat to transfer to the hotel, neither was furnished. Only one digit at the date of birth honored a thousand crowns !! I note that neither at the airport nor in the hotel did not want to see the contract and they told us that it really did not matter. One week before the holiday we found out (after I think I need to know) that we are leaving before midnight, so our eight-day trip will be only seven days. Upon arriving at the hotel, about two o'clock in the morning, we received cruel sandwiches and little water. Then we were told that it was our dinner and the last day we will end the AI ​​lunch. We departed again before midnight, but we got thrown out of the room at noon, and so ended the AI ​​(so not 8, but 6.5), so we were there 10 hours without food and facilities.

Great dissatisfaction. We should have paid a trip where they had no verified availability at all. We found out after a phone call directly to the travel agency with which we were supposed to travel. She didn't know about us at all.

Communication excellent, responded immediately, found everything. The trip went as it should, the service was perfect. We were very pleased on a tour in Oman.

Fast communication and very well chosen hotel. We'll be happy to go again.

We chose a trip where we were told that travel is set up so that we first send money and then find out if there is free space. In the end, we ordered the same trip directly across the road and nothing like that was said. For me, a little sabotage of travel.
