Insanely. When ordering accommodation, there was a choice of a room with a sea view and a bungalow with a sea view. The room was about 2 thousand more expensive, but I paid extra because we wanted to be in the main building. Upon arrival we were surprised, we were accommodated in a bungalow. So I went to ask at the reception how it was possible and I was told that in their hotel it is possible to pay extra for the sea view, but no longer for the room in the main building. But when I said that I paid extra for it, I was warned that the TA was basically robbed of me. I resolved the situation with the delegate on the first day, they say they don't know anything about it, and if that's the case, let me complain when the accommodation returns. I did this and demanded a refund of the difference in the price of accommodation in the bungalow vs the main building. No one responded to the email, after an urgency I was told that I would receive a reply within the statutory 30 days. The answer came on the 30th day! Answer: Rejected, no violation of conditions, the hotel can determine the place of accommodation. Nobody stopped at the fact that the travel agency gave me a choice specifically bungalow vs the main building. According to their information, I did not deal with the delegate, which is not true. A person pays over 50,000 for a holiday, and then waits a month for the rejection of a complaint, to which he is undoubtedly entitled. I won't even go to Holešovice with Blue Style!

CK intentionally ordered two rooms instead of three. It's their normal practice. Who waits and if no one falls, so families come together. The delegate didn't want to deal with us.
