I can not recommend the Otto Berg store to anyone. The partner bought a suit there worth approx. CZK 12,000 after a discount on Marianne Days. After one wear, the fabric began to tear, so we returned to the store to complain about the suit, then we were told that it was necessary to put the suit in the dry cleaners (at our own expense) before the complaint, so we put it in the dry cleaners, then handed it over for a complaint. , which over time came to us rejected, the justification was that we caused defects in the suit ourselves, which is not possible, because the defect was not caused by wear, but poor quality fabric .. Great disappointment and never again.
