Oysho

Like Miss Advance, I bought online with a pick-up at the store. I will check that the store is open and I will take an hour's trip to Chodov just to find out that orders are issued only on a certain day and hour. There was no mention of it in the text or in the e-mail! And if I didn't speak English, I wouldn't even know that the leggings had already arrived, because the brand only communicates in a foreign language. I called the number in front of the store, and even though the girl saw me and the phone rang under her arm, she didn't bother to pick it up. Absolutely unprofessional, I do not recommend this brand to anyone.

I ordered goods online with pick-up at the store. When I wanted to pick it up, I found out that the store only issued at certain times and days. Chapu, it's because of Covid, but why was it not mentioned in the sms, in the email or on the web ??? It's a shame of your own time!

I bought it on the Oysho website. And I will never do it again. I decided to return the purchased items. If you need advice on customer service, then count on not calling the phone. And after a week you will receive an answer to the e-mail that they do not actually communicate in Czech. So if you manage to click on the return of goods on the oysho website by trial and error, then don't expect to receive a confirmation. Just one day a courier shows up at your door that he's going to pick something up (luckily I was home). And since then, all communication has been nothing. So I have neither laundry nor money.

I bought leggings, which I found out after removing the labels that they are badly sewn on the back. I have been trying to contact support for the third week. It is almost impossible to contact anyone, and if it succeeds, it promises to address the request of the superior and they will never call back. I do not file a complaint. They left me expensive leggings at home, which I can't wear because they have a hole in my ass. I will definitely not repeat the purchase.
