For such an expensive coffee shop, you'd except at least a decent service by Czech standards. We were left unattended for more than 15 mins, had to stand up and leave. The place itself has no more than 5-6 tables and it wasn't even full while two waiters were supposed to be working.

Cute inside, nice dishes. But I think it is a little bit rude to hear from the waitress to “change table” in the middle of eating. I mean without any description and without words like please.

Terrible service. Waitress came and gave us the menu. We waited for her for 15 min to come and order but she didn't come. The place was not even that busy because it has only several tables inside (its a small place). We then stood up and left. Drinks and cakes are overpriced.

IF cafe offers memorable cakes and treats. Normally their service is proffessional and of a high standard. However, on one visit this was not the case and we were left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I decided to reach out to the owner to inform her of the poor custmer service we recieved. She promptly responded with an apologetic email and extended an invitation for a free breakfast. At breakfast we were treated not only to exceptional food but also service. I'm very pleased that my feedback was taken seriously and acted upon. For this (and the food) I give a 5* rating.

Delicious cakes. Hopefully they stop using single use plastic straws and trays under the cakes soon
