Such an amazing place and a pearl in Prague. The food was great and so much different from what you can get anywhere else. I was only going to have breakfast, but ended up staying there the whole day. The teas were super high quality. The dishes were super creative and tasty. And you could feel the love that had been put into each dish by Milan (the owner and daily manager). If you want healthy tasty food that leaves you feeling energetic and happy - then BistRaw is the place to go. ☀️🕺

When going there, prepare yourself to try something very different than you're used to - but don't worry, you'll probably enjoy it a lot. Main meals, cakes, and drinks - all is delicious and elegantly served. All food there is vegan and raw, meaning that if any cooking has been involved, it was only till the temperature of approximately 40 degrees. While the reasons behind this temperature are pseudoscientific at best, the end result is actually very tasty. You'll be able to try a beetroot pate serving as a replacement for a bun, spaghetti made out of zucchini, and raw apple strudel. I'll definitely be coming back.

The rare combination in Prague of absolutely astonishing food and good prices. Definitely the best vegan meal I have ever eaten. Highly recommended.
