Long waiting time even if you have an appointment made online. No clear instructions - in one moment you get your key back but not the papers and you wait but do not know why and for how long. (Then you realize only the first phase is over and you wait for the second where you drive the car)

Easy to make an appointment online even on short notice. People are helpful, especially the gentleman doing the technical testing.
