Wednesday: no one called, a friend went to the service to ask a car, informing him that he had not been notified yet. Thursday: no one called. Friday: in the morning no one called, in the afternoon I decided to go to the service in person to ask about the condition of the car. He came here when the technician was putting the car on the jack. Despite the broken promise that it should have been priced on Tuesday and already finished here on Friday, he decided to leave the car there until Monday, because the technician promised me 100% that he would contact me with a price proposal on Monday. Monday: no one called. Tuesday: I call a technician in the morning - I was told to call another that this is not currently at work. I call another and he referred me to someone else. In any case, the car was not equally priced. Just some estimated prices that I don't take as a price proposal. In the afternoon I was here for the car in person. I find him in a freely accessible backyard with an open hood and ignition keys. I picked up the car and left the service station with the condition in which I gave it there last Monday. During the week I was completely useless without a car. If the owner of the service does not have time and does not manage to fulfill promises to customers, then let him not promise them and accept so many cars for repair.

I would like to share a negative experience with this service. Unfortunately, according to reviews I chose this service and it was a very bad choice. I brought my Ford Focus there with a click in the engine that I couldn't get closer to as a layman. Without any demonstration, they took over the car, and without the takeover protocol, I went home and looked forward to finally getting the car right. The information was that the next morning, they would hear diagnostics. When nobody responded after 3 days, I called myself to check the stage of repairing my car and learn that they had no time and that my mother was in the hospital and that they had no hounds and similar excuses. I did not want to be evil and I continued to trust. Error. After 5 days I could pick up my car. I paid the required amount and without a proof of confidence in the service I left when I was told that the click was gone. At the first traffic light I found out that he was not and immediately contacted the service, where I was told that I should arrive in a week, that they did not have time anymore because mum, jacks and you know it. So when I decided to return the car to the workshop after a week to repair it, the little clicks became big blows and I found out that my engine was seized. With this request, I contacted the service back and their position was clearly negative that they did their job well. So they repaired something that was probably not defective and caused me damage of several tens of thousands of crowns. Given that my peeing (of course because of my stupidity) gave me no document so it is not legally enforceable. Please take this service and do not put your cars there. Have a nice day
