Wedding Salon Wedding Dreams

Fitting was fine but does not maintain to the agreed dress reservation. My favorite dress was sold elsewhere during my reservation. If you do not want to take a dress right away, keep your hands off it. This is not customer service, just money making attitude.

Very nice and pleasant service and a nice selection of nice dresses. Definitely worth a visit to the salon.

At the cost of renting clothes I would expect a slightly different approach than what I was offered. The rental is in the center of Prague, where traffic cannot be influenced. I went to the salon 120km. So I had a delay of about 10 minutes. I haven't experienced anyone behaving like this at a lower delay without being able to influence it. There was no possibility to go to the toilet in the salon, I was not offered any water. My clothes were rubbed off my clothes. Well, I did not experience a worse salon. I recommend going elsewhere to treat people as your customers.

Great service, very friendly approach and a large selection of dresses :-) I recommend to all brides :-)

We haven't seen such nice girls in the store for a long time. They were very helpful and kind.
