We were not able to communicate with the cashier in 4 different languages... anyway it worked out... We got several already expired products... not going again for sure.

The experience of online shopping is catastrophic. I tried all online grocery stores operating in Prague. This is by far the worst. The catalog of goods on the website includes products from completely different companies than those that the store delivers. This is despite the fact that I refused to exchange the goods for similar ones. A good 1/3 of the goods were not delivered at all. An employee of the company on the phone advised how to buy weighed goods completely at odds with how the purchase actually works. When selecting weighed goods, the categories of carton or piece are completely irrelevant. The number of pieces cannot be chosen, 1 piece = 1 kg. The only positive was a very pleasant and helpful driver, but for me the reputation of a completely amateurish business will not save.

I only have experience with online shopping and they are generally very good. I would probably find some details to complain about, but they are cuts. On the contrary, I must commend the excellent communication with Mr. David Zubek in solving the problem and the extremely willing and sympathetic driver at the last order. If it worked, I would give 4 and a half stars, it would just come to me. No, so I'm rounding up. :)
