Super satisfied! Good customer service at the reception the doctor was little late so they offered me cup of tea. Doctor Hruskova Super professional I had first visit to assess how to proceed and time after the procedure. Great job.

Outdated methods and unprofessionalism was my experience with the Esthetic Center, a bit dissapointing considering the cost of the procedures.

I would advise anyone seeking any type of surgery to use this clinic. I cannot speak highly enough of the doctors or the work that they do. The care throughout my treatment was second to none. Everything was 1st class.

Hello, the behavior of your doctors towards your clients (and potential ones) is really terrible. Today's consultation from Dr. Dvořáková from dermatology was really unbelievable - the doctor was 18 (!!!) minutes late for the meeting, she completely passed this mistake WITHOUT an apology, she talked to me very arrogantly and I heard something about the fact that I am in the best clinic in the Czech Republic, so I don't count that my problem will be solved quickly and cheaply. I thanked her politely for the 3-minute consultation with the 18-minute delay and that this contact with this clinic is enough for me - the lady's reaction was that I do not have to pay for the consultation, that I will at least be its debtor. I really don't have to owe anyone anything. Any waiting for your clients costs money and the approach disastrous. Asklepion never again! EDIT My review does not target Dr. Dvořák, because I didn't even have a chance to meet here. However, it aims at inappropriate and indecent behavior of the clinic representative with the client - it is basic decency to apologize for the delay, whatever the reason. Especially if the clinic wants to charge money for this delay. Note Dr. Dvořáková about the best clinic in the Czech Republic is a precise reflection of the tone of the short consultation. And I don't know what the professional examination is when Dr didn't even look at me or listen to me. There was no request on my part for my problem to be resolved after one visit, and the lady did not proactively offer me a free consultation, but only after my warning of inappropriate behavior. Btw, my problem was solved at another clinic in Prague 4 after one visit. The most sad thing about the whole reaction of the clinic is that it does not contradict the length of Dr's delay to the client (because she could easily check it on camera, and how long the "consultation" lasted), but instead of apologizing - threatens 🙈🙄

Dear Sirs, I have been coming to you for almost 8 years, I want to warn you that the behavior towards clients has deteriorated rapidly! Even if you write that you are trying to improve the behavior of receptionists at dermatology on the ground floor so just for info. you can't do it! Those girls are reluctant and rude. But what's worse, the level of the sisters is falling. When I have paid for a consultation with a doctor, I really won't deal with the nurse what I want to ask the doctor, you can't be serious. If I have a mask applied after the procedure, I would expect the nurse not to forget that I will not have to remove the mask myself …… should I pay for this? How is it possible that when my doctor performs laser treatment for me, other nurses get in easily and start moving something to another clinic. Believe it is very annoying! I don't even have Emla applied before the procedure, because sitting in the restroom / preparation room, where Lady Emlu has a foil on her face and décolleté, and sitting next to a young man is undignified. It's a description of the last few visits. Do you really want to lose clients like this?
