I want to share my own experience with that service centre. I poured water on my laptop before the week of my study, things were not going well. The same day (it was on Friday) I brought it there and they told me to wait until Monday, when diagnostics will be supposedly done. On Monday I didn't receive any calls, so I called them back just hear that they hadn't even started! At the end of the week, they found out that the laptop is beyond repairment.
So it took them almost a week just to realize that it's broken. I still paid the fee of 900 crowns for cleaning and I received criticism from employees, saying that I had expected "too much" from them. I highly don't recommend bringing anything to them, especially when it's an emergency thing.
I got good honest service in my case, they always gave me a realistic estimate on when the job would be completed and what was the status of the repair. Recommended.
A second visit to iServis. You couldn’t ask to meet more capable, courteous and helpful young men than David and Patrik. They give sound advice.
Very quick, honest, helpful and friendly. I would recommend iServis to anyone that needs help repairing a phone. They also told me about a great place to get a beer while I waited for my phone to be repaired.
