My S10 display stopped working and a black dot appeared on the side of the display. No problem, it's a 6 months old device with 2 year warranty. Nice welcome with a cup of coffee. My turn. A dark haired lady asked me what I need. Having told the display is dead she immediately replied to me without having a look at my mobile: The warranty claim will be rejected. Also she told me I have dropped the mobile. Which is not true. She started to search for visible marks of damage, found one. I replied it's very possible that there might be signs of wear after 6 months of use. Again she repeated I have dropped the mobile and I have to pay for the new display 8000CZK. One man came to us trying to ask something, this lady started shouting to him to go away. I've never before met such an arogant person doing customer care. I told the lady she should be working somewhere in the back room instead of sitting here in front of the clients. I took my mobile and left. The next day I took the mobile to another authorized service center for several brands. In 6 days I had a new display, the warranty covered everything. Maybe Samsung has given instructions to their own service centers that their warranty does no more cover displays. Or it was only the arogant lady behind the desk that decided so. I'm absolutely happy with my S10 but after this experience my next mobile will not be Samsung.

Great service point. Nice girl recorded my request and offered water or caffe. Price of service is a bit high but acceptable.

Nice environment, nice way of greeting and managing queue, very smilly, helpful staff.
