I just have to praise. The non-original battery for Pentax KP started to lose capacity in the guaranteed time. We agreed after the e-mail that they would send me a good word to replace them, and since there were quarantine measures at the time, I can send the defective piece later. I have Pentax technology and I buy everything (including tripod, bag, filter) only from these gentlemen. They have good prices and I want to support them. Vit Richter
