I can only recommend yoga with Lada, 1.5h more dynamic exercise in Montesssori kindergarten Vyšehrádek always takes place in a friendly atmosphere. The price is helpful and I see as a big advantage that it is not necessary to buy the whole course in whole but registers for individual lessons. For me 5 points out of 5

Clearly the best yoga lessons on the right bank of the Vltava. :) Very intimate and in the summer always naturally chilled hall, lessons suitable for both beginners and advanced yogis and a completely civilian and helpful approach, simply classic Hatha yoga as we know it and we love. I recommend.

I have been practicing yoga during my studies in Mělník, but in Prague I have long been unable to find a good yogi who wouldn't want an astronomical amount in hours, maybe not in thirty people and at the same time sit down. When my friend brought me to Lada and it was finally! A big plus for me is the family atmosphere and a small number of instructors.
