I'm very satisfied with the services of Energy Studio, Prague 2, - the studio is new, clean, very comfortable and cozy - the yoga hall is fully equipped with yoga mats and props - the girls in the reception always friendly and positive - the changing room clean and spacy - the yoga instructors are all very good. I have only one complain that I think is crucial when exercising yoga in groups. The instructors are not really correcting us in making the yoga positions (poses). They are explaining the positions very detailed but especially for beginners (like me) is important to learn and do the main positions properly.

Nice studio, there is always tidy, at the reception to consult even with a discharged mobile. Nice schedule, so you can always find time for an hour's exercise. Pleasant environment, there is a shower and during the summer a nice terrace. The lecturers are excellent, everyone does the lessons of their own, but you will not be bored there and they are all pleasant and professional. Definitely recommend!
