Studio Yogata

Having a hard time to physically recover from my second pregnancy, I started to go twice a week to this studio. Hana and Lucie were wonderful teachers: patient, flexible and really focused on helping me to strengthen my pelvic floor and overall body according to my rhythm. Using a mix of yoga, pilates and physiotherapy, they really tailor their classes to your individual needs. I strongly recommend this studio for anyone that really want a personal attention. I tried other studio but this was by far my best experience in Prague!
