Jana has been my trainer for almost two years now. I cannot believe the progress I’ve made during that time! She is a wonderful person and is deeply knowledgeable of exercise science, nutrition and has a gentle but highly effective motivational style. She experiments with various exercise techniques and introduced me to yoga strength training and yogic practices that balance out the higher energy and muscular work we do. I never get bored! I cannot recommend her more highly, she is a top-notch trainer!

Jana is amazing personal trainer in Prague. She is very flexible and professional supermum. I had training with her more than 6month. She customised all the programs for me and it worked. Also, She speaks English fluently which would be plus for non czech speaker. She was not only took care of me phisically also mentally. I highly recommended !! :))
