Alcron Hotel Prague

Absolutely recommend this place. First thing I love is the style of I’m the interior. Stunning Art Deco as they say on the website. I absolutely adored it. Prices are reasonable and the service is good.

Still a Beautiful hotel, only nobkes are disappearing. The non-draining shower, the missing slider, slippers And all this Will be completed by the arrogant, unpleasant with the tone of contempt of the receptionist ALENA. The other staff IS professionál.

This hotel is just amazing. Staff is super friendly and very professional. Always happy to help and go the extra mile suggesting places to eat and even booking tables for us. Our room was lovely, bed super comfortable, free glass bottles of water every day, WC with all the toiletries and bathroom robes. The breakfast is also superb, everything you want is there and food is fresh. The location is also perfect, walking distance to the centre so no need for taxis or public transport. I would recommend this hotel and I'll surely stay here again if I go back to Prague.

Horrible customer service. We booked a trip in March and due to COVID all flights to Prague were cancelled. While the airlines were quick to give credit and refunds, this hotel refuses to give anything. We even offered that we'd accept a partial refund as we understand that the tourit industry is hit hard. Nope. They want to keep all our money for services not rendered. Do not book here. They are not worthy of your money.
