The branch was easy to find, but inside was a large queue that was almost motionless

On Friday 16.40 - phone unavailable - it is open until 5 pm ..... mainly that I get a call to get in touch as soon as possible, otherwise there will be a penalty ......

I came here to apply for a new insurance card. I didn't expect a super nice and nice young lady to give her to me while I was waiting. 🙂

Very good dealings with people.

I don't understand what kind of lady who obviously can't hear is rude, reluctant, or I just have an iq phone handset who picks up, works as an operator and handles calls at this branch! Absolutely useless call at all and Mrs. absolutely useless employee. I don't usually write reviews, but you're probably kidding me, aren't you?
