We never managed to get rid of anything at this branch. Either Mr. sent us directly to another branch, or he simply made things difficult, so we preferred to go elsewhere alone. The "can't do" approach.

After stealing the antenna from the car, they offered me an unreasonably low budget, which is not even enough to buy new parts, let alone repair them. A classic insurance company, as long as you pay so well, but as soon as something happens, they give up. I do not recommend!

Generali insurance company? Terror and horror… In an insured event where the driver was insured with the Generali insurance company, one problem after another arises when paying full liability insurance. Although the culprit took the mistake to himself, according to the record of the camera could not do otherwise. But Generali did not send a mobile technician to do a careful inspection and help the injured. I had to go alone with a damaged car to some of their centers where there was a terribly unwilling guy. Apparently in a hurry and not very well equipped, he tried to do his job as quickly as possible. And once all the documents provided by the insurance company required a nasty again and again. If somebody is in a traffic jam just to accommodate the reluctant socialist workers of an insurance company, he must probably assume and carry with him all the files with what he wants from whom the contract workers have nothing at all. On the dented left front door, scratched fender and mirror only recommended replacement of the molding and polishing, paint 50%. I did not apply part of the damaged rear left door (protective strip + paint). Three paint shops refused me work according to the initial protocol, saying that it is not according to Generali insurance company, ie their MT, to carry out the described repair. It was only the fourth paint shop that took me to ensure a new issue with the MT Generali, because the technician was citing them an "asshole" and no one would do it within 10 hours of what he estimated. The second MT Generali agreed to replace the door and repaint, but eventually the liquidator acknowledged only 90% of the service invoice I had already paid, apparently missing some certificates. As a serious liquidator who sits somewhere in Prague, doesn't communicate with MT and doesn't read what is agreed or just trying to rob the victims who were cut by Generali's client? There is something rotten in this state, evidence, consents and the victim is robbed wherever possible in his rights and claims, in this particular case, by Generali.

Bad service at the branch! She was unable to make the license plate grounded in the contract and print a new green card. He waited 30 minutes for her apologies that she couldn't. Good job !!!
