Bohužel na povinném ručení vybírá tato pojišťovna ze svých klientů pochybným způsobem peníze navíc, kdy ani přes snahu vysvětlit situaci jak operátorovi, tak přes e-mail, nikoho nezajímá, že vzhledem k současné situaci, jsem na online objednání odhlášení vozu na magistrátu nedostal dřívější termín, než 2. února, přestože auto již bylo nějakou dobu sešrotované. I přes to, že jsem tedy (tou dobou již zvrakované) vozidlo měl pojištěné v únoru pouze dva dny (a to pouze proto, že na magistrátu jsem dřívější termín nedostal), tak po mě Uniqa vymáhá pojistné za celý měsíc, na což má možná dle zákona právo, nicméně z morálního hlediska se jedná o velice pochybný způsob, jak ze svých klientů vymáhat nezasloužené peníze opravdu za nic (pojišťovna vlastně využila toho, že jsem na magistrátu dřívější termín k odhlášení vozu nedostal, aby mohla vyinkasovat peníze za celý další měsíc)! S tímto přístupem si sice vyděláte pár (ne)oprávněných stovek navíc, zatímco však o spoustu dalších peněz přicházíte tím, že už u vás nikdy nic nepodepíšu, jelikož takovýto přístup ke klientům mi přijde opravdu nehorázný!

With this insurance company I have had only positive experience so far. Today, however, the human factor has manifested itself when we talked to a local affiliate with a person who did not really know about things in which an insurance agent (or anyone sitting behind this desk) should have known. If this were my first experience with UNIQA, I would probably never turn to them again. Although there has been an effort to at least call other contacts in the company, we have not achieved any results and have been told to do everything by us over the Internet and the call center. Nowadays, when insurers are arguing about clients and trying to offer all sorts of opportunities and come to meet clients, today's behavior was the exact opposite of pro-client behavior. The language barrier was also sad - when I negotiate an important contract, I want to know the things, the word wool prevailed in our communication, and the information was missing. I expected a smooth run, an opportunity to ask questions and get answers to them ... we only got the "wait" accent.

The insurance is paid, but it is impossible to use it, it took a week to activate them. Money is also impossible to return. As a result, you pay, do not get the service, and left without money! I do not recommend ANYONE, read and the rest are not reviews about them, no longer foot in this sharashku.
