Union insurance

I was surfing in Indonesia and I did a pretty bad cliff injury. Union for me solved all the essentials, including transport back to the country. Thank you very much.

The worst insurance company. I've been disputing with them for over a year about my insurance claim. They agree something over the phone, which they say are monitored and then they do not agree with anything, refer to the terms of the contract and refuse to pay the stupid 500 CZK :-) Horror!

The quality of the insurance company according to another is also evidenced by its customer service. Phone contact is virtually impossible, because instead of connecting with the operator, you get 30 minutes of unobtrusive music for you, so only the strongest ones can stand. Perhaps after an hour or two somebody accidentally picks up, but I would not really care for it :-(.
