We went to a few places before going to eppi and I must say the thing that stands out the most is the service. Book an appointment here and you will have a sit down consultation, where they will help and guide you with a neutral judgment to please the customers wants and expectations. The ring we ended up going for was slightly customized but this wasn't any problem for eppi to solve. We felt very taken care of during our consultation by Nikola and we are very happy with the engagement ring that we choose and the matching wedding bands that we choose along with it. At other places we felt stressed and not taken care of I would highly recommend eppi based on their service and knowledge. They put the customers needs first. Thank you eppi for being so amazing.

At Eppi Jewelry, we chose wedding rings. First we arranged a meeting, which was very beneficial for us. The young lady was very nice and the service perfect! The showroom is clean, in a pleasant design and with a beautiful view. We ordered the selected rings straight away and they were made for us within 3 weeks. Their dealer Matěj Sukovský is an arrogant ignorant. Some other employees complain about his arrogant behavior. You receive all information exclusively in a foreign language. He could not speak Czech, English or German. Maybe he can handle Russian or Vietnamese? Try it. In the case of a complaint they excuse that you misunderstood them, because they do not have to know Czech in Prague. He screams loudly at clients (he screams with his voice). Record all interviews on a dictaphone, in case of future complaints it is a necessity. The financial terms agreed upon in advance do not apply after the work is completed. Prepare to lose more than you expect. They do what they want. A company from the East that is arrogant in its arrogance to Europe.
