I went in last month and they were very pleasant. First lady spoke only Czech, but another middle aged guy came around the corner and helped me out. Perfect. Thank you. (unfortunately I only speak English)

Extremely slow. Employees are totally useless

At the parking department, they are currently absolutely unable to discard the parking card. Employees handling parking cards, acting by email and in person, are arrogant and do not sell complete information. Your staff should go through training and learn to behave. I have been handling the parking card 3 times in the last 3 years, without any problems and this month I have been rejected 3 times.

Unfortunately, in the parking card department, I experienced the very arrogant behavior of one of the officials, ending with the words that no one needs to talk to me either. Pardon???? where are we???? Arrogance of power in a live broadcast .... unfortunately.

Unfortunately, we encountered mostly unpleasant behavior on the matrices of marriage. We first came up with completed papers, but we were told that we had to fill out the papers that we would get directly on the matrices (except for one, they were completely identical). I would have been completely reconciled to this if the registrar had not told us to fill out the papers at home and come in a month. When asked if we could fill them in the hallway and bring them in ten minutes, we were very annoyed, but in the end we handed over the papers. Another problem was our request to have a ten-minute speech to the priest before the ceremony - we were told "No way!" and "That would be a contempt for our ceremony!". I would have understood if it was not due to any legal issues, but such an argument has never been made. If we knew that this would be such a problem for the office, we would get married at the office the day before and save time, money, but most of all the nerves and inconveniences associated with the extremely accelerated official marriage fifteen minutes before the event itself.
