I have over 20 years experience working in customer service, which means I have high expectations of others in the same field. Radka helped me and my family in our appointments, and she completely surpassed those expectations. Regardless of the high amount of appointments, or how hectic her work day was, Radka was always willing to provide her help. She made sure our experience was as smooth as possible, and always greeted us with a smile.

Excellent service and professionalism by Radka. The receptionist was quite new I think so had to ask Radka questions quite often. Radka handled the situation very calmly.

The front "receptionist" was extremely polite and helpful. Even with some really difficult customers, she was calm and maintained a truly professional demeanour at all times. A huge asset and representative of the company

I have been here about 4 times. All experiences differ, once thing is the same: If you take an appointment in the early hours, brace yourself for waiting... a lot! If you are in a rush, is best you take the available slots after 12. Today for example, my appointment was at 9:10, I didn't go in until 11. The gentleman taking the bio-metrics didn't arrive until 10:30 and the woman at the reception taking documents, didn't know how to react in such situation. At one point, quite early, she says: You might have to come tomorrow! and I was thinking, does she know how this works? Tomorrow another 50 or so, will show up with their respective appointments. Also... the site online and all instructions say you will need to leave your passport. So be prepare for it. It will take about 2-3 weeks, it's reliable. They use DHL and you can track it by the minute.

The two ladies working there are very polite and helpful. The web site and the whole system is not user friendly. I wanted to take an appointment. There was only the flexy one available but it is not clearly explained what it means and there was no other option even though I had time and could wait. I chose a day, I payed 90 euros and came to the office. I got the info that people with this flexy appointment can come not earlier than 12:30. There is no such information on the web and only thanks to the ladies there I managed to finish it earlier. Please fix it.
