Disgusting service! Austis was much better. It feels like they are doing us a favor, that they are working with our house. Not one case came to an agreement with them. After the change of the management company, the communal apartment was raised by 850 kroons without providing calculations. They invented the amount themselves. When asked when the garbage cages will be converted, they said that within TWO YEARS !!!

Unfortunately, absolutely disastrous cooperation :( Above all, unwillingness to change or correct anything.

This company managed our object. Unfortunately, cooperation was discontinued because of the inability to solve major problems associated with house management, including discrepancies in accounting. The owner's actions were not on the level.

One of the worse and more expensive administrative firms in Prague. Plus the company guarantees its liabilities only by one hundred crowns and the owner gives himself 5 * review ..
