The hotel offered me a room that was extremely hot with minimal air flow. When I went to reception seek help the advised me to them 5 euros to turn on the AC in my room if I wanted to cool down the hot room they rented me. After debating the hidden charge for such a basic amenity I paid for the AC which was programmed not to go below 22 degrees. Needless to say I had to boil in the hotel room.all night with windows open and a useless AC. To add to this the elevator stops in between floor and had to haul my luggage up almost two flights of stairs with zero offer of help from the staffb

No English tea only on first day wish they had started that I would have brought some with me. Best shower, lovely hot water. Clean and tidy room. Beautiful city. Outstanding views. Good location. Very near metro service.

One one hand, our room was clean, breakfast was quite good and diverse. On the other hand, toilet bowl had traces of previous guests (of you know what I mean), bedsheets had a hole. No shelf in shower to put your stuff on. No hangers for your clothes. Also, when we checked in, it smelled with cleaning chemicals strongly, had to air the room for an hour. It was the first 3-stars hotel I ever stayed that do not have slippers (and you even can’t buy them on reception!) You cannot call to the reception because though there is a phone in a room, there’s no reception number indicated. And the elevator was shaking so badly that if have a slightest phobia, you would never ride it again. At check-in we were asked to fill forms with our credit cards data. When I asked what for, a receptionist answered that he doesn’t need our card data and we can leave the field blank.

Room very clean. Breakfast not what we expected, almost like it was left overs from dinner the night before. Staff not attentive at all, quite rude, not helpful. No English tea for tea lovers like me. Not as close to town as we thought
