The room is big but the bathroom ventilation doesn't work or the towel heater. The windows are not isolated, we hear all the noises from the street. Apart from that it's nice.

The room is spacy and comfortable, the breakfast is good. But the windows are not isolated, and can hear the busy road traffic from the street in front. Could not sleep very well.

The staff were racist and extremely abrupt. There was no effort to provide an explanation when asked a question about a situation that occurred at breakfast. They used the excuse of saying that they don't speak English for their dismissive conduct. We are definitely more tolerant in England and it has made us appreciate being British.

The hotel good, The breakfast is tasty, if you know Russian the personnel know Russian and English. The rooms not big and not small the rooms always clean, In the rooms you have television and something like mini kitchen with mini bar and every rhing that you have if you want to use the kitchen there.

So far it leaves much to be desired. Hardly a 3 star, almost one.
