This hotel doesn't live up to four star hotel, here's why first of all i had audit / front desk reception so rude and gave me every answer with attitude like I don't know anything I'm a tourist of course every tourist will ask Austin regarding transportation, restarunt, and places to see. Another problem i had was with same person when checking out 5 in morning drive me nuts but saying i have to charge for using coffee in room, i was shocked i been traveling for years haven't hurd four star hotel charges for those complmentry coffee and tea if they did should have put some notice near by or let customers know ahead of time when checking in. I thought other front desk reception were nice and didn't have attitude. I thought i warn you about this before you book

I would say this hotel is more of a 3* than 4*. Not the greatest location however transport is easily accessible. Rooms are a little old fashioned for my liking, but beds were comfy and the bathroom was nice enough. TV was well outdated and needs replacement. Very noisy with the hotel being on a main road. BE AWARE: they charge you for the tea and coffee in the room, which isn't stated anywhere when booking and they also make you pay the equivalent of 50 euro deposit on arrival, which you dont get back until days after you check out. Front of house manager wasn't the happiest either.

The hotel was very comfortable. It was located in a very good location with easy access to public transport. Even the hotel sells public transport tickets, so you can easily avail that. Moreover, I quite liked the buffet breakfast. It was simply amazing.

The hotel is very nice on one of the main roads into Prague 1. And don't worry, it was surprisingly quiet. Our only concern was the level of stuff in the room which was chargeable. All tea and coffee were chargeable. It is something I would definately look at if it was my company.
